Implementational Structure
AEs after being selected by Block Level have to register as a member of AE-hub by buying a capital share of AE-hub. From block level AE will nominate a member as an Executive Committee Member who will bring about transparency and accountability in financial function & Developmental Function of AE-Hub. Proposed Signatories of AE hub for transactions will be Project Lead AEPS& Finance Manager-PMU, however it may be placed before State Level Committee for further suggestions and approval.
AE-hub will work on the rules and regulations designed by the advisory committee. Advisory Committee will be an external agency which will facilitate linkages for different functions of Hub.
